Return Policy
Refunds are available within 15 days of delivery in case of defects or incorrect items.
Returned products must be unused, with all packaging, certificates, and invoice.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
Customised and engraved jewellery are not eligible unless defective.

Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused, intact items with original packaging,
invoice, and certificates.
Non-exchangeable: Sale items, customised or engraved pieces, and products damaged due to misuse.
Process: Raise request via Customer Care or website, approval within 2‒3 days, return shipping arranged, product inspected,
and exchange processed.
Value: 100% invoice value credited towards another item; difference payable/refundable via store credit.
Timeline: Exchange completion in 10‒14 working days from request.

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy
We offer a lifetime exchange and buy-back program on select jewellery categories.
Eligibility: Gold, solitaires, and certified lab-grown diamonds purchased from Shashva Diamonds.
Lifetime Exchange: Customers can upgrade to higher value products anytime. 100% value of diamonds and 100%
of net gold weight will be considered at prevailing market rates, after standard deductions.
Buy-Back: On request, customers may sell back products. Diamonds at 80% of prevailing value, gold at
prevailing rate minus standard deductions, and taxes excluded.
Conditions: Original invoice, certificates, and intact jewellery must be provided. Damaged, altered, or unverified
items are excluded.
